HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING? 

We accept payment via bank transfer. We will provide you with an emailed invoice for you to then make the payment. If you are unable to bank transfer we can accept paypal, card or cash. 

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We are pleased to cover a wide area. Our HQ is based in Baughurst, and as a rule we cover 20 miles from RG26, free of charge however we can travel further based on a few factors such as package hired, fuel costs covered and other hires within the South East.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, every booking made is required to pay a £50, fully refundable deposit. This deposit is purely to cover damages and losses, can be paid as late as 24 hours in advance of the booking. This deposit is refunded within 24 hours of hire, as long as all the hired items are returned in good condition with no damage. 

DO YOU OFFER ANY SAVINGS OR DEALS? 

Yes, please contact us for a quote. 

DO YOU SET UP ALL YOUR PACKAGES?

Yes every single package is set up for you upon delivery, and also taken down/away upon collection. 

DO YOU OFFER OUTSIDE SET UPS? 

Yes, we do. April - September we can set up our Tuff Tray Treats & Giant Garden games package outside. This is subject to weather forecasts, you must have an alternative should this need to be changed on the day of hire.
